Charger Too

What is the correct radial tire size for a 1967 Dodge Charger with 14" rims? Thanks!
Very nice Charger. I have not very often seen those "Mag-look" wheel discs on a Charger, given that they already had a special disc. I know they were an option, and my 1967 R/T came with a full set of them in the trunk. My R/T was a 20-year-old car when I bought it. The original engine and transmission were gone, but the wheel discs survived!Hmmm. It seems like I'm always rowing against the current.
I guess it depends on which "original" dimension you want to hold, as you cannot match the original tire dimensions with a P series tire, I think.
For me, the most important dimension on that big ol Charger is the tire diameter. a 7.75-14 was over 27" tall. BFG used to make a P235-70-14 TA that I thought looked well balanced. I think it was just short of 27". I think a 215 is less than 26"
Last time I went to buy tires, BFG no longer made the 235-70-14. Because of that, I stepped up to a 15"
