1969 Charger Tail light trim rings

Looking for pictures of how or what holds the trim rings on the rear tail lights of a 69 charger

The pins were somehow mushroomed over when assembled. Must of been a special machine or process.

So once they come off they can't easily be re-used

why couldnt you reuse them? I am going to use a caulk to hold mine on.

I want to say I used a little jb weld or something similar. A little gob where the pins were

I was trying to avoid using any goop but that might be the way to go

Use an automotive panel bond. We use it for that exact application.

you're referring to these bezels right ? i had same issue , lost one about 20 years ago. finally found someone selling the side i needed.
i'm going to try the JB weld seam sealer & panel bond and say a little prayer just to be safe
