1969 GTX

I recently bought a 1969 GTX with VIN RS23M9A142900 that has no fender tag or build sheet. Does anyone know where or how I could obtain these?

are you sure the 5th digit is M?

Yes I have the vin tag on the dash and it also matches the body panels and core support. The car has a code correct not numbers matching 69' 440-six pack motor

Pretty sure you won't be able to find a build sheet or fender tag to match that Vin plate.

Would you happen to have a pic of the speedometer? ..and some of the interior in general? Does it have AC?. Maybe a pic of the fuel line(s) that exit the front frame? - or a few engine bay pics?
Did you receive a good and valid title with this car? - I'm not aware of this configuration ever being offered by Plymouth in a 1969 GTX.
