1969 Road Runner rear end torq spec help

I need to know what the rear spring shakle and lower shock bolt torq is on my 8 3/4 1969 Road Runner. Thank you
 
1969 Plymouth Service manual says to tighten to 50 ft LBs with full weight of vehicle on the ground for the lower shock mounting nut, Shackle nut 45 ft lbs with weight on wheels.
