    Looks like the casting date on my block is 11 29 67 ... does this make sense for a 69 and do I still have the more desired compression 318

    May as well give a update ... it runs! Been a struggle , so I have a 318 with 360 j heads and 360 4 barrel was unable to determine if it was machined for compression, did the mopar electronic ignition, 1 wire alternator conversion I followed mad electrical wiring upgrade or prevention lol. New radiator ,flex fan, rebuilt edelbrock 1405, Reed brake power booster and master ... rear brakes only planning on disc conversion up front also looking to get a nice gauge set up added.
