I have a 1970 Roadrunner 383 convertible that has exhaust port #5 twice as hot as all other ports. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Intake issue? Head gasket issue? Water jacket issue? I am going to adjust timing advance to see if that helps.

Thoughts please.

Is the heat riser valve stuck?

I’m gonna guess intake issue. Sucking air making that cylinder run leaner.

Anything neat #5 that would cause a vacuum leak? Cracked vacuum hose?

the heat riser is good to check as said above. remember that the heat cross over come's thru there.
