Not a B body, but I purchased a 22 ram brand new had a vibration from day one. My son actually purchased one also, His vibrated very slightly, nowhere near as bad as mine. I ended up selling mine after the dealer told me it was the tires so rotated them still had the vibration in the back, and actually replaced the tires to no avail. well 190k miles later on my sons truck, (he drives alot for my business). replaced the brakes pads and rotors on the front and back. Well he said the back rotor looks like it had some heavy grind marks on it maybe for balancing it? Put it back together drove down the road, NO VIBRATION. So if your Ram vibrates (pun intended) check your rear rotors, it may solve the issue.
