Is anyone running or know if a 295 50 tire on a 10" (5" bs) rim will fit on a GTX? I know a member who's running a 295 on an 8" (4.5" BS) rim.

I need to go with Magnum 500 15's and they only come in 8 or 10". The 8's are a little too narrow imo

Thank you

i know one.. its me. 73 RR, 15x10, 5.5" backspacking, 295/50/15 tire

oops i see you meant 5" BS.. yeah my friend has that on his 74 charger. It fits, but sticks out of the wheel well. I would go 5.5" as it tucks under the wheel lip with space to spare.

I think the '71 and '72 Roadrunner's have a different width fender than the '73+ Also I'm pretty sure they are also wider than the Chargers.

Thanks for the reply and picture. That wheel tire combo looks spot on.
