I'm in the process of putting my dash back together and I'm converting to 3 sped wipers. I've read that I need to add a wire to the switch, but where does the other end of the wire go?

Your wire harness should have the additional wire already there but you will need the 3 speed switch
Ok. I have the correct switch. Just wasn't sure because the switch has one more spot for a wire than I have wires. Guess I should have also added this is for a 69

If you put "3 speed wiper conversion" in the forum search field, there is a ton of good info on this swap

Thanks Bill. Looks like that 7th terminal isn’t used. I already have the 3 speed cranks arm. So it looks like I should be good to go

The 3-speed switch uses the same multi-wire connector as the 2-speed plus one added single wire connector which is usually taped up on the harness. And yes, there will be one unused terminal on the switch.
