400 B, ported iron heads, 6 pack, hp manifolds, comp 274HR or 280HR ?

400 .040 over, ported steel heads, 6 pack, hp b body manifolds. I already have these cams 274HR and 280HR , which would be best ???
Weekend cruiser. Not taking to track. Going in a dart, 3000 stall with 4.10s

Sort of a coin toss.

If the converter is an 11”, I’d go with the 274.
If it’s a 10”, then the door would be open for the 280, if you were okay with some slightly diminished low speed manners.
 
Thanks Dwayne. I’ll probably use the 274 then. It has flat tops and the chambers measure 79.5cc.
I came up with 9.25 to 1.
Might swap out the 4.10s eventually for better cruising. Pic of short block I picked up yesterday.
