440 Head compatability

Hi All, I am rebuilding my 440 magnum hp and the 906 heads are in very poor condition. I picked up a pair of 1973 440 motor home heads (#3751213), can someone please tell me if these heads will be suitable.

Define "poor condition." A machine shop can't clean them up for you?

Scrap metal poor. I do have some restorable 906 heads however the motor home heads are in really good condition.

Get some aluminum heads, will save time and money.
