This care is beautiful. MY father purchased that same car (red Polara 500) with a high compression max wedge in 1963. In Bridgeville, PA.

What intake and carb, and how is the hood clearance?

My former '64 Belvedere wagon. Sold it after I had a mild stroke about 5 yrs ago ( regretably ). Believe it is now somewhere in Fl. 318 Poly with Weiand intake and Summit 4bbl. Pertronix ign. conversion. ( But...I've since acquired a '65 Hdtp which I will post later. )

Did that red car come out of Mosher's shop? Looks like the one they built about 20 years ago.

I used to have a '65 Bel 1 but sold it back in '08 to a guy down in South Jersey somewhere. I often wonder what happened to it! Originally came out of Stockton, CA.
