just behind front spring mount,34.5 inside,39 outside.measured on my 63 belvedere.

I currently have the rear axle and fuel tank removed from my 64 Polara if you need any more measurements.

I will add,my 63 plymouth is mini-tubbed with inner wheel lip removed and can fit the MT ET Street r 16.5 X 31. The MT 10.5 w looks kinda small,LOL
