Hi,

I've gotten a lot of help from a lot of folks on this forum, and I really appreciate all of it! Anyway, we are restoring our wire harness and found the fuse box is a very weak link. I thought about getting **** and having all the contacts replated, but decided to modify the fuse box to accept modern fuses.

I see a revision prior to installation, I will remake the steel part and cut away the vertical piece in order to route the wire forward and into the channel that the stock bundle uses.

Got the fuse blocks and terminals from Waytek Wire. They are two four circuit units that stack together. Cut my worst fuse box to be the adapter. Pics show the rest. Hope this helps someone else or generates more, and better ideas.

That looks great and will go right back into the stock position. I was wondering how the fuse panels were wired internally. You will need to have un-switched (continuous power) fuses, switched (key on) fuses and one independent fuse for the dash lights (Light switch dimmer rheostat to fuse to dash lights).
