Had to modify driveshaft loop and cut out inboard spring mount to clear Caltracs bar mount. Movement my switch panel , could not reach it mounted to lower dash while strapped in.

Only made 1 test pass red light lol 1st time on trans brake. Shifted about 5 k got out of the throttle 2 times. Plugs looked ok. Happy with outcome for 1st time out in a long time with many changes.

Made a few shake downs, best time was 7.28 @ 96.33. 1.65 60ft
My personal best BEFORE all these mods was 6.97 with a 1.56 60ft that was with the Fitech efi also. Running carb now. I’m sure it will run quicker next time out, but not sure how much. Any thoughts on the plug?

Try a colder plug,the strap has no change in color.The color change should be at the elbow,,,or bend of the strap.These needed 1 step hotter.

Im 2 tenths slower since all the mods and weight ive gained. Mostly because of 60 ft. The glide has a 180 low gear vs the 727’s 245.

Excuse me for asking but wouldn't you want the 4.10's vs the 4.56... Because it wouldn't over rev when you hit the button with the 4.56s. I'm learning about power adders so sorry if this is a dumb question
