Very nice car, agreed, the 273/2 was standard in the '67 Satellite. I saw a '67 Satellite convertible down here in Beverly Hills, Florida 20+ years ago, very original with about 30,000 miles.
I would expect that the four barrel was swapped onto the car and the manifold you found in the shed is the original one.

I have never heard of the Commando/Chatger 273 in B Bodies but I am not too old to learn. The val ve covers are Commando but the origonal Commando air cleaner is chromed.
thats ok .. the 273 is long gone ... lol
