68-70 Charger Rockers

Does anyone have any pictures or blueprints of how the outer and inner rockers fit together on a 68-70 charger? And right under the door, is there a sheet metal skin you put over the outer rocker to make it match up with the quarters & doors?

There’s a lead filled spot on the rocker a couple inches ahead of your cut. Get the lead out and it’ll make sense

I had to cut out that one spot for rust trapped behind, from moisture. You can see the lead in this picture, on the forward edge. If you peak underneath I bet you can see the seam, since the factory only leaded the rocker not on the bottom side.
