I thought Teak was for 68-70 b-body and 70 e-bodie,everything else was Dark Walnut. If so why did Yearone send me Dark Walnut for my 70 Bee radio bezel. Or does it matter from what plant your car was made at.

These names don’t describe the color very well.
68 is black ribbed
69 charger SE has one type wood grain
70 GTX Super Bee and charger SE has a different color woodgrain
This is from a 1970, has some wear on it. The areas circled in yellow look about right.
Build Plant doesn’t matter.

We use the highest quality vinyl available, 3M DiNoc, to make dash and console overlays for most Mopar models. We use this material because it doesn't shrink. It's a commercial grade, exterior use rated vinyl. Before you purchase another vinyl overlay ask if it's 3M Dinoc (with the 3M logo on the release liner).
Mopar used 2 different woodgrain colors;
Kashmir (Teak) - used on most 68-70 B Bodies and 70 only E bodies
Dark Walnut - used on almost everything else 67-76 A Bodies, 71-74 B Bodies and 71-74 E Bodies
We also offer 2 additional color vinyls;
Dark Gray/Black Carbon Fiber - for a modern, resto-mod look
Black Grained Leather - for a different but retro look
The overlays are EASILY applied by wetting the overlay back and surface liberally with Windex. Then float the overlay into place and blot dry. The adhesive on the back of the 3M Dinoc vinyl has a cross hatch pattern to assist in the release of any trapped Windex or air bubbles. See application video in our Tech Section.

Yearone sold me the wrong color and said they cant help me out but will refund me.

Did you buy an entire bezel pre-covered, or did you buy the overlay to stick on yourself?
I bought a decal overlay set from Year One a few years back, and was bitterly disappointed with the quality....eventually turned to rage when they refused to accept there was an issue....
so....here goes...I hope our newly joined vendor @YEARONE sees this again, and re-evaluates how they treat customer complaints...
Original dash picture...showing signs or rub marks, wear and age....
Year One replacement decal set.....not evenly remotely close to fitting correctly....
Lettering font and quality very poor.....
So I once again searched, and found a company specialising in dash decals, and spent the same money again, and received a much better fitting product. Bear in mind this new product is not a factory style or look, but at least it damn well fitted up nicely....
