68 Super Bee project

Very, very, cool ride, but have 1 question, aren’t the wheels supposed to be body color when it has the bottle caps, steels and bottle caps I put on all my cars, love the look
Yeah most where body color but I’ve seen black as well. Not sure what the rules where with those that were body color or not but I thought black looked color haha.

Worked there as an qc inspector, any vehicle with small hubcaps got body colored wheels, full wheel covers the wheels were black, of course never say never!

We’ll guys it’s been a while since I’ve updated on the car but she’s “finished”. Seat covers finally came in from legendary and we got them and the door panels as well. Cars running good and made it to its first show this past weekend in New Orleans. I’ll post about that next. In the meantime here’s the shots of all the final results!

Your bee came out really nice!! Looks like you have a nice wagoneer there too...and a possible Bigfoot sighting.

Wow! What a journey! Car is beautiful and cool to see your kids growing up with the project. My daughter has been involved since she was still in diapers, now, she's my pit crew when I go race. She gets the ramps out and guides me off the trailer, videos my runs, airs tires, etc. She loves going with me and helping me when she can. Enjoy it while you can. Mine's off to college in 2 years.
Really like your car and the color. I'd paint the wheels body color, I love that look.
