69 Super Bee fuel line install

I’m replacing the long fuel and return lines on a 69 super bee. The pictured clip was part of the securing hardware kit. It appears to be for the return line, anyone know where it goes??

That style clip drives in the gap between the floor pan (where it swoops up to meet the rear side of the rocker panel).
