Testing an AM/FM I'm thinking of taking to Garlits.

How do you tell if it's stereo?

Speaker plug has green/violet/black.

IIRC, those are standard left/right colors.

Has four round heat sinks on back.

Powers on, has static.

Currently looking for antenna.

Stereo plug has 3 wires. Green, black & purple. Green is left, purple right.

easiest way to tell if it is stereo is if it has the red light in lower right corner behind the 108.

Other plug is orange (lite) & red is power.

Thanks.

I thought gn/v/blk meant st.

IIRC "stereo" was a big deal in the early/mid 70's, and most stuff that was, had it plastered all over it, in BIG letters.

and black common ground

St light is actually green

St radios have also 4 transistors

It works.

Nibbles but no bites at Garlits.

Will be on ebay soon, unless there's interest here.
