That’s a sweet car but jeez, 12 large? Hopefully the rotted roof didn’t let too much water in but I don’t see how it couldn’t.
Not as bad as you would think.. Seats are still decent thought they would have been really bad..

I agree with the 3500-4000 and even then it might take a bit to sell. Parts car in my eyes, I would not attempt to fix it.
Thought Pontiac was known for the "Swiss Cheese" car? DANG, That is bad! I have a good roof on my parts car for it
