73 charger no instrument lights

73 charger rallye dash and no instrument lights, I have power on the I terminal off the headlight switch and even unplugged headlight switch and jumped I terminal to 12 v power and still no lights, not sure where to go from here any help is appreciated

Most of the time this is a bad rheostat in the switch, but you say you bypassed the switch and jumped the circuit with direct 12V..... so all that is left it verify where to supplied power to and check grounding

Got it figured out, bad connection on 5 amp fuse in fuse box
