LEELANAU COUNTY, Mich. (WPBN/WGTU) --The Leelanau County Sheriff's Office is auctioning off a 1969 Plymouth GTX to the highest bidder after it was found abandoned.

The vehicle was deemed abandoned on private property and turned over to the Leelanau County Sheriff’s Office.

The 1969 Plymouth 2-door GTX will be listed on MITN surplus Auction site June 5th through June 18th.

On a separate but related note, I got a laugh out of the name of the website: UpNorthLive.
North compared to Florida perhaps, but still really south. Very far south, actually.

Could be pissed off former landlord.
When the local crack guy got tossed out he left many cars that he took on trade or collateral. One was a rough but complete MGB, but the prize was a running, original paint orange ‘71 Super Bee. Someone grabbed it and sold it as soon as he was gone.
