[Every Day is a Gift] Good Bless our Veterans

FYI - one reason it is called Angel, is when the plane releases its decoy missiles, as is shown in several of the pictures, it creates an Angel shape in the smoke)

Listen to the words of the pilot and the tower, and make sure you sit quietly and listen to the very end. This is beautiful. God bless our Veterans!

:iamwithstupid: Many thanks to all our military veterans, guard, reserve & active service members, from any of the Coast Guard, National Guard, Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force or any of the many reserves, you are all true patriots, thank you for your service to our great country... it can't be said often enough

Recently a co-worker of mine passed from bone cancer. In his early 60's maybe. His name is Jerry Ausano. A good man. I worked with him for 21 years at VTA. What I did not know until after he passed was that in 1970 when I registered for the draft, he was already flying choppers in Viet Nam. This while I was living the life of Riley in Allentown. He was risking his life landing in rice fields to rescue others. I wish I could thank him. I think of him often, and when I fire up the R/T, I know that is is guys/gals like him who really keep us free.
