Anyone have the newer torque thrust d wheels laying around

Could someone tell me what the inner diameter of the wheel is (brake side 15 inch wheel).

An accurate measurement would be appreciated.

The Chinaman made TQ 15X10 and 15X 7 I have measure 14" diameter on the brake side.
