other than 440 Source.com? I don’t have a problem with them but the kit is only $19 but the damn shipping is $16. Not that it’s a big expense all things considered, but paying an additional 3/4+ of the price of the part for shipping a few O-Rings just bothers me. For $100 they sell a new hi volume pump.
Thanks guys.

Hi GTXDAN. I saw that, thank you. I believe my pump is a Melling, so that Milodon should be ng. at least for the pump to block gasket.

I think I have an extra set. I bought a FelPro kit to rebuild my 383 - pretty sure it has the o-ring and gasket- and also bought a new Melling pump that came with the o-ring and paper gasket.

That's well contaminated....
That little overspray that has hit the rotors is a problem? I was going to clean the mating surfaces with thinner to remove the overspray? NG?

I go to a local business that rebuilds various pumps. I buy the seals they use and warrantee when they fix things. They have no cheap foreign seals

Pnora, as I understand it, my pump is a Melling. It has the Pentastar with a part number. From what I understand the Milodon and Melling parts are not interchangeable. Am I wrong about that? Thanks
Parts might not be but the seals should be the same.

Great. Thank you. I’ve read on the forum about thicker and thinner O-rings for different applications.

Thats most likely why there are two different size o-rings. I might be wrong but I thought Melling made most of the OEM oil pumps for mopar.

@silversedan thanks for the info. Should I just r&r the o rings or replace the pump entirely? Dadsbee in post 9 above mentions that the pump is contaminated, I guess due to overspray…thoughts pls, I don’t want to rebuild it when its ng anyway.
