I am putting my 505 together and did not unpackage the bearing myself.

The machine shop gave them to me in the factory package.

The project has sat a couple of years and been moved around in my shop.
I am unsure if the shells got mixed up or not.

Should i be concerned?

I wouldn’t be. Just check and measure everything.

Did the shop mention they needed to go in specific places? If not -
There will be block and cap pairs most likely. Check for oil hole. A wide pair for the rear main and a pair for the crank thrust.
The other 3 except for the block/cap thing are all made the same and should be OK in any of the remaining mains.
It is probably a good idea to measure or at least plastigauge 1 or 2.

Manufacturing tolerances are so tight these days that I would just assemble the bearings
in the block without the caps and torque them and measure them. Shouldn't be any sweat!

Thanks for the answers .
It's been 20 years since i have assembled a car engine.
I've been concentrating on 2 stroke snowmobile engines.
They have a lot fewer parts to keep track of.
