Are Sherman lower quarters the same for Dodge & Plymouth?

Found what seems to be a good deal on a Sherman lower rear quarter panel for a 68-70 B body. This is the lower quarter from just about the curve for the bumper that does not have the sidemarker cutout. I found part number 187-60L for Dodge and 263-60L for the Plymouth.
Does anyone know if these are these the same part? I know the body lines are different between the Dodge & Plymouth but just by eyeballing it the lower part appears to be very similar.

The lower contours are different, they won't match.
