well that sucks to hear about your non-mopar......oooppps, I mean your paint. J/K Like mentioned, try a paint cleaner or a microfinishing glaze. No luck there, try a clay bar. Still not working, a decent hand applied rubbing compound...If that isn't working, smash the sprinklers, because they just created a bunch of work or a $200-$300 dollar bill for you. A quality buffer (not a wax applicator), machining compound, finishing compound and swirl remover would probably tackle it, but if your not skilled in that or have experienced help-don't do it...Your car will look funny with burnt through clearcoat. If that still doesn't kill it, wet sanding-starting around 1500 grit. If that still don't work, take the smashed sprinklers and wind up pitch them at the fella that watered your car with them.
