I wouldn't buy from anyone that is a new member with no feedback. And If I do buy from others with a history here, and pay with Pay Pal, I DO NOT use Friends and Family. No bank transfers either. Strangers from other countries. Trust is something that is earned and not automatically given. Don't be stupid!

When I see a member that posts nothing but ads, I usually put them on ignore. Don’t care if they are well known or not. If 90% plus of your posts are ads then on ignore you go.
We do have a couple of members that do just that and have been for a lot of years now. If they were scammers, they would have been outed a long time ago.

Sometimes people will write country when they really mean continent. Written Freudian slip! LOL Dadsbee and guys like Steve 4spdragtop are excluded from the no buy zone. The guys that sell a lot of parts are good for us. It's harder and harder to find this stuff and it's only going to get worse. RATRODAL Dutchrebuild littleredcoffin and a host of others are valuable members. I do however have to agree the guys that use the site as only a business with exorbitant pricing...

Yep, there's a handful of those, that use the site for nothing but sales and NEVER participate in a single general / repair / restoration thread. I read the rules, business use is strictly forbidden unless you're a Sponsor. Then there are guys like Dan Brewer that goes above and beyond to help folks out taking valuable time away from his business...
