It would be interesting to be able to actually test the pressures of a power steering pump. One would just need to make a hydraulic line with a fitting that can accommodate a gauge, right?

On the PS Fluid, one thing to make sure from what I'm reading and which matches most of you who are trouble-free with the Borgeson box is to use non-synthetic conventional PS Fluid as the synthetic versions can be too lightweight.

I'm going to stick with conventional non-synthetic AC Delco as recommended by Borgeson (and what KD is using) or the O'reilleys conventional fluid.

Now here's what's curious! - Bergman sells Driven brand synthetic PS Fluid which is what I used in mine and had the overheated pump during the 5hr RT highway drive. Why aren't they offering conventional non-synthetic fluid? Maybe Peter Bergman will chime in here...
