Brutal Speed Bumps!

Would think the nearby residents would get peeved from the endless noise.

I never saw anyplace put speed bumps in pairs before. Speed on this road and not only tear up your car, but probably risk compressing a few vertebrae and knocking out a filling too!

Where is this at? I am putting a tire and alignment shop at the end of the street! LOL There is a guy that my son buys stuff from down in Maryland and they have these in the neighborhood at an angle. After the first time I never forgot they were there...

The 68 had the tires intentionally downsized so the Mustang could keep up with it.
My parents 70 Charger R/T SE came from the factory with raised white lettered Goodyear polyglass tires on Magnum 500 wheels. I remember thinking how much cooler they looked verses the dorky whitewalls on most other cars. They looked like the ones on this 70 Daytona.

My parents ordered new in Nov 1967, mom's 1st ever brand new car
a GG1 1968 Sport Satellite, 383 4bbl 4 speed, had a dealer optioned (stepdad Bob wanted)
15" Uniroyal's raised w/l tires 70's front 60s back too, on Fenton Polished Kidney Slots
with dealer installed 3.91:1 sure-grip, rear axle package
with all the Org. 14" steel wheels, tires & full hubcaps
& factory 3.23:1 ring & pinion, in the trunk when we picked it up...

There are a couple of those double speed bumps in a nicer part of the city here. I lay on the horn as I slow down and go over both.
