I am restoring a '66 charger barn find. Needless to say the mice had a home for 30 years. The problem I'm facing is the bulkhead disconnect was fried and maybe even had a fire under the dash. Someone clipped all the wires off of the old disconnect under the dash. Bought a new disconnect and am trying to go by the original wiring diagram but some of the wire colors and gauge's don't match. I'm pretty certain the under dash wiring is original. Is there an amended diagram that I"m missing?

If condition is as you describe, it would hardly be considered a "restoration" if you are try to save partially burned 60 year old wiring.

I don’t know of an “amended” diagram Are you using the factory shop manual with the charger supplement section in the back? That’s what I go by and haven’t come across any discrepancies……yet.

I have a 14 ga red and 2 16 ga red wires that do not show up on the diagram from the 66 dodge service manual, not on the coronet or the charger in the back of the manual
