Long time lurker, made a profile back in 2020 but just started posting recently. Just realized I’ve never said hello in the Welcome Wagon. This is a great community on here - thanks for all of the laughs and knowledge over the years!
Prior owner of 68 Dart GTS, 69 N96 Bee and 70 Challenger RT. All drivers and bastardized at some point. One of the following applies to all the cars I own or have owned - missing fender tags, non original drivetrains, big hood scoops. I respect the history and rarity of cars but it has not been in my budget to own numbers matching cars. And I like to go fast and drive them.
Current owner of 69 A12 RR that was known as “the pickle” on this site when owned by Richard Cranium.
Caretaker of 68 383/4spd. RR that belonged to my younger brother, RIP.
At one point or another I have attended or driven a car to most of the Mopar shows around California or Nevada over the last 15-20 years like Spring Fling, Mopar Alley, Mopars in the Park, Mopar Magic, MATS Vegas etc. Probably seen or talked to some of the West Coasters on here in-person and not even known it.
Just a working guy with young family, and feel blessed to still be in this hobby. Dumb luck and an awesome friend are how I acquired the A12. Car disease started young due to my Dad. Progressed into working as a gopher at an engine machine shop and also lending a hand at an exhaust shop as a teenager in the 90s. Career, coaching and family keeps me busy but I am trying to get back out and involved in this great hobby of ours as time allows.
