Hope everyone is doing ok, we got whacked with the rain yesterday/last night. I only had about 1.5" other area's had almost 10".

While nothing like the flood of 55 (way before my time, but I I've seen the documentary) the news doesn't look good for those in the flood areas.
 
I'm on high ground. Thanks!:lol:A small stream can sometimes overflow and can't leave for a while. Today is the 69th anniversary of the 1955 flood, killed 200/300 people in Naugatuck Valley. Edit: Went out that small stream was over the road sometime in the last 24hrs. Town put a big water over road sign. Water is down to a foot above normal. Takes 5' of water to go over road.
