I believe these are the correct specs for smog era 400 BB.

Duration 260-268

Intake op: 18* BTC
Intake cl: 62* ABC
Exhaust op: 68* BBC
Exhaust cl: 20* ATC
Overlap 38*
Valve lift .430 In - .430 Ex.
