Chrsyler Engineer Dyno Magazine Article

Does anyone remember a magazine article written by a Chrysler Engineer on factory engine dyno testing procedures. Maybe Mopar High Performance Mag. in the 1990's or early 2000's.

Any help in verifying Magazine, Year, Issue. would be greatly appreciated. By chance if you had the issue I would gladly purchase a scan of the article.

I remember Mopar Action having an indepth article and pic's way back in the early 90's.

If some one can come up with a more exact time frame I would be willing to look. I don't remember the article in Mopar Preformance.
