Is there any adjustments in position for a clutch pedal in a 68 GTX? I have short legs and it is quite a reach for me. If there is no adjustment, does someone know of a custom clutch pedal manufacturer?
Block of wood and some tie wraps! Sorry.. couldn't resist. If you can reach the noise maker pedal I don't understand how you can't reach the clutch. Read the FSM and set it up AT the transmission throw out fork and see how it is in the car then. No need to be pushing that pedal all the way to the floor!
I'm trying to remember the FSM, I believe it was a 1/4" of play AT THE FORK ROD END when adjusted correctly. So as soon as the fork rod comes back 1/4" you start to disengage the clutch plate. Should bring your pedal WAY up to where you can use it properly.
