My girlfriend’s father bought a pair of TF 240 with 1.550 dual springs awhile ago. He purchased them wanting to go roller cam and roller lifters. He also purchased Comp Pro Magnum Rocker Arms 1621-16. When I looked at the rockers temporary mounted, I noticed them close to the springs. There’s just over 1/32 inch clearance. Are they too close to the springs?

Yes, use a dremel to increase the distance. I’d run with .030 min. More would be better.

Would beehive springs be a solution?
I’ll look those up, I’ll pass this information on. I don’t think he likes the idea of grinding on those $900 rockers, so the beehive springs might be the way to go. Thanks.
