I've posted before that our big track in Denver was selling. The homes keep getting closer as Denver is growing so much. I heard yesterday the average home price in Denver is $650,000. If Bandimere is selling I hope they got 100 billion dollars. Now I hear the sale may have fallen through. Good for us. Those grandstands are not built up with structures, that's the natural topography with tilted rocks from the beginning of the Rockies.
