Disc conversion: proportioning valves

1. Can I use my drum/drum distribution block and brake lines?
2. Do I need to install a proportioning valve to the rear drum brake line?

Yes on both counts.

You can also use the 7/8 rear wheel brake drum wheel cylinders, instead of the usual 15/16.
