Hi everybody:

I bought my 68 Coronet basically as a shell so I'm going to have to buy all the wiring harnesses. Other than the "standard dash" harness it's a 500 not a Super Bee dash what other stuff do I need to hunt down and where's a good place to find it all.

Mega Parts is a good source. Basically 4 main harnesses. 1-Dash, 2-Rear lighting, 3-Engine, 4-Front lighting. Any small harnesses would depend on options. Like wiper motor, a/c or non a/c, Tachometer, interior light package, Console, etc.

Not a dumb question. M&H brand which used be from year one only. Harnesses as per pnora plus and optional ones like A/C etc…

If it was me I’d look for descent used ones unless you’re doing some concours resto or something. Main harness is pricey, around $800 usd. Be about 1500 cdn shipped converted with taxes and then that’s if they don’t add a ton of brokerage

Personally I would find someone parting out a 4dr so post a Parts Wanted ad and you could probably get nice OEM stuff cheaper... Especially the dash harness.

I think reverse light harness was missed, and there specific for 4-speed or automatic.

With used harnesses, you may run into a lot of brittle ones. There are certainly good ones out there, but if you do go with new... another vote for M&H.
