Early 904 parts needed

Hey folks. I finally got my slant 904 transmission and cables to replace the manual trans.
Unfortunately, I need the race and washer for the roller clutch in the rear of the case, wich are not found in the later trans (65 or 66 up, I believe). Seems they are quite hard to find. Anyone know of some sources.

Try A&A Transmissions, near Indy. I have dealt with them; good knowledgeable guys.

I have a bunch of nos trans parts from a dealership but it would be a week off work to document it lol. Doubt the old stuff anyways

Are you looking for the inner sprag race that is splined to the drum? And what washer? I looked in my 64 service manual and everything looked like the newer models?

Yes, that's the race I need. I don't see the washer in my service manual either. The race rides on the washer, the washer has three tangs to locate it in the case.

I don't have anything that old. I did find it in my old NAPA transmission catalogs though. Their part numbers were TW-7 (thrust washer-same as the sun shell T. washer) and TX-22 for a spring and roller kit. They did not carry the inner race. These were listed for 1960-1964 model 904s.
