Electric fuel pump mounting help

This was the setup on my 66 Coronet that I just sold. I used a Holley Black pump and it worked very well. It even had 5/16" metal line from the pump up to the regulator (not 8AN or 1/2" line)and it worked fine. Powered the 3780lb Coronet to 10.05 ET. It did NOT need big lines and a $600 pump to work fine...just for your information.

Hey guys, I am restoring a 63 maxwedge Dodge which arrived with two bendix electric fuel pumps added back in the day. I plan to use them just as they were for nostalgic reasons. My question is: do these cars “need” an auxiliary pump? I have a new mechanical pump at the front.

The car will surely make a few passes, but is not intended to return to serious racing.
