engine stalled

my 69 runner with 383
I have rebuilt stock carb, new distributor with petronix, new coil and carb has fuel

The past few drives car felt a little sluggish like no power at times

Then the other day I started it drove a few hundred feet and it died

Has fuel in carb

Dont know what it could be. I didnt trouble shoot anything yet

car ran fine a few weeks ago

car just cranks but wont fire up

Pull the coil wire off the distributor.
Hold 1/4" away from a good ground and check the spark.
Should be blue/white and crisp.
Not orange or yellow and lazy.
