Seal them. They screw into water jackets. Like @padam suggested, use high temp because of the close proximity to the exhaust ports.I’m using studs!

This ^^Clean out the threads with a tap and brake clean. Sealer doesn’t stick to rust, antifreeze and old sealer.
I think there all wet! One on the driver was the 2nd from the front. The passenger is the 1st one from the front! I cleaned the threads the studs are tight going in! I’m gonna redo those two and if has a lil leak I’ll try a lil bar leaks.Disregard the below question.
I just checked my 906 heads and it seems like most or all are wet.
Am I correct in thinking that it is only the front and rear holes that are wet?
