Flu closing schools

Heard on tv from a doc, 40 million are affected right now with the flue and over 20,000 have died in the US. NOTHING on the news about this!!
 
According to the link i posted, over 3600 ohioans hospitalized for flu so far this season.

My article was from a month ago but I doubt 13,100 people died in the past 30 days.. That would be bigger than the Coronavirus..
 
The number of school closings in my area is unprecedented. Church groups, schools, etc scroll across the tv screen every night.
 
Maybe its just pure luck, but i do think there is something to having strong immunities. Being an air duct cleaner, i'm exposed to a lot of, ( funk). I haven't had so much as a cold in years. And i'm also in a gym, almost daily, touching plates & handles held by many.
 
I was in grammar school around 1958 class size about 28 kids. Most classes 50% or more absent, one class only 3 kids were there. This isn't new, media is larger and 24/7 now.
 
Oconto County in WI just closed schools for tomorrow and Monday where I live

One of my guys at work has been out since Tuesday , mid twenties , he finally went to the emergency room this morning

Then he tells me he will come out to work and drop off the doctors note about staying home the rest of the week and give it to HR

I said WHAT ! Really - You want to come out to work and drop off a doctors excuse with the flu

Sure that makes a lot of sense I told him - Why don’t you just text me a picture if you want , you know with the same phone you spend half the day on while at work

Well my baby is sick runny noise...
And her mother has the flu now !!!! Happy days are hear again I'm fixin to move out! Luckily I do seem to ever catch anything!

You do what you want. Express your opinion but dont ever tell anyone to and I quote " Skip the flu shot".
Who in the name of Jesus do you think you are? Do you have any medical background?
Maybe your neighbors dont wash their hands, I have no idea.
What I do know from reading and actual conversations with multiple medical professionals is you can still get the flu if vaccinated but the severity is often greatly reduced.
I also know my friend from work retired and moved south. He 70 years old, healthy and happy and didn't feel the need to get a flu vaccination. Two years ago he contracted the flu and passed away from it.

The CDC are the "foxes" doing there own research....fact. Then, they tell the "chickens" to be sure to leave the door to the chicken house open at night because it's perfectly "safe". I and my family have never had a flu shot and no flu. Going on 25+ years for me, personally.
Note: In 1962, there were 5 doses of various vaccinations for children and there was 1.8% chronic diseases. In 2018, there were 72 doses of various vaccinations for children and there were 54.1% chronic diseases. We are destroying our children's natural, GOD-given immunity. No offense intended to naysayers, please just do more research and you will see for yourself.

There are several schools here in mid north closed lately.
