The Rexall train article in Classic Trains magazine was very good.
Gave a mini history of the company.
You never know what you'll end up researching/learning that involves railroads.
Train enthusiasts generally tend to be thorough as well.

I worked on the railroad for 38 years (C&O) and still I did not get enough railroading so I built one 15 years ago.
