Hi Guys - I am about to open up my sock drawer and get the SST TKO600kit for my 68 Coronet, but before I do I have some concerns that hopefully you guys can squash.
1 - Do the SSTs leak like the Keisler units?
2 - Hows the shift quality? Especially the 2-3 shift?
3 - Anyone shift theirs at 6000rpm? Are the carbon fiber blocker rings a necessity at that rpm?
4 - After all is said and done are you happy with the outcome?
5 - Can you bolt the factory shifter handle to their trans?

TIA - Rob

Rob, Everything has been improved from the Keisler days.Leaks and shift quality from what I hear are way better.
Yes I ran factory shift handles in both cars that we did. 6000 power shifts ? I know that was impossible with the Keisler TKO's of the early 2000's. Can't say what is out there now.
